Residential architecture and interior design projects
A selection of residential projects including apartment renovations, interior design concepts and architectural visualization developed to define each project before construction.
Each project is presented to communicate not only how a space looks, but how design decisions improve atmosphere, usability and overall project direction.
Residential Building Concept – Florida
Residential building concept developed in Florida, combining architectural design and exterior visualization to explore form, proportion and identity.
Rather than relying on complexity, the concept uses geometry, repetition and a clear façade strategy to create presence, order and a more memorable architectural expression.
Apartment Renovation – Buenos Aires
Apartment renovation project focused on redefining kitchen, bedroom and bathroom spaces through architectural visualization and concept design. The objective was to clarify spatial relationships, materials and overall design direction before construction. The project rethinks kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom through a shared design language based on warm tones, cleaner geometry and more integrated storage.
The objective is not just to refresh finishes, but to make the apartment feel more contemporary, calmer and more coherent as a whole.
Kitchen
An open-plan composition built around the island, with warm wood finishes and a more fluid relationship between cooking, dining and daily use.
Bathrooms
Minimal design based on large-format surfaces, simpler detailing and a cleaner visual reading that feels brighter and more refined.
Bedroom
Integrated storage, warmer finishes and softer lighting create a more organized atmosphere with stronger architectural character.
Modular Living Concept
Modular living concept exploring flexible residential design solutions through visualization and spatial organization.
Bathroom Concept Study
Bathroom design study focused on materials, lighting and spatial composition, using visualization as a tool to explore different design directions.
Projects are presented as decisions made visible.
For Arch-Renders, a project page should do more than display attractive imagery. It should explain direction, communicate transformation and help a future client understand what is being solved through design.
That is why the work is framed through spatial intent, material logic and visual clarity — the three elements that make a concept stronger and more actionable.
